I try my best to tell you what to expect.  Doing the right thing is not telling home owners what they want to hear.  For most families, their home is their largest financial asset, and deciding to sell it is a big decision that involves a lot of preparation and work.  When you’re ready to sell it’s important to have an experienced real estate professional handle the details involved in the successful sale of a home for top dollar.  In the United States, 90 percent of homes are sold by real estate agent, and agent-listed homes sell almost twice as fast as owner –sold homes.  You need someone who knows how to handle every aspect of the sales process – from strategically marketing and showcasing your home to making sure everything’s signed, sealed and delivered by the closing date.  I’ve had many sellers tell me that if I hadn’t been involved, their home would have never closed!  Getting a contract on your home isn’t the hard part.  Where you need my services the most is in the sometimes turbulent waters between contract and closing.  My job is to get you the most money in the least time and to make it an enjoyable experience!  Creating an adversarial situation between buyer and seller or between the agents in NEVER a good idea nor is it profitable for the seller.  I go above and beyond to make the end result of every transaction one that my client will be happy with.  Providing you with comprehensive, high-quality listing service is my top priority.  So when you decide to sell your home, please contact me and let’s get started!
